How does it work?

Wipedown connects you with vetted mobile washers nearby. Download the app, choose services and a time, and a washer is assigned. You’ll get ETA updates when they’re en route, at arrival, and when the service is complete.

Where can you operate?

Coverage depends on active washers and their supplies. We focus on major metros where washers are in range. Enter your ZIP in the app to confirm availability. Washers use waterless processes, so we can operate even in water-restricted areas.

How soon can you complete a service?

Availability is based on nearby washers. Same-day or next-day slots often appear in the app; exact times depend on washer schedules and proximity to you.

How can I prepare for my service?

Remove personal items, park in a spot with room to work, and plan to meet your washer with keys if interior services are included.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are handled in-app. Your card on file is charged when the service is complete. Tips can be left in-app; washers also accept cash tips.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel in-app anytime. Within 60 minutes of the appointment start time, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Admin cancellations may waive the fee at our discretion.

Do I need to be present?

You don’t need to stay the whole time. For interior services, please meet your washer to hand off keys and share any notes, then get on with your day.

Do washers bring their own supplies?

Yes. Washers arrive with what they need. Many use low-water or waterless products; if exterior rinse water is required, they’ll let you know.

How are washers vetted?

Washers are independent providers who complete identity verification and screening before going live. Ratings and feedback help maintain quality over time.
